What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site we ask for your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. We do not automatically collect other data from visitors and we do not use tracking cookies.
How we use your information
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to schedule clinic appointments. If you book a visit, your name and phone number may be added to the clinic’s medical records in line with standard medical practice in Jordan. Your data is never used for external marketing.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties outside the staff of Dr. Marwan Alhalalmeh’s clinic who handle scheduling and medical care. Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to the clinic’s email inbox.
How long we keep your data
Contact messages are kept in the clinic inbox for a reasonable period (typically up to one year) for reference. Data that becomes part of a medical record is retained for the period required by Jordanian Ministry of Health regulations for medical records.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to view, correct, or delete the information the clinic holds about you (except data the clinic is legally required to retain as part of a medical record). To make a privacy request, email info@drmarwanclinic.com.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date above.
